I really worked hard this month on exercising and walking.
It paid off because I lost 5 lbs. this month and 4 lbs. less than the beginning
of the year. I’ve already met 2 of my 12 goals this year and everything is
looking promising. I’m a little worried about my cooking goal though and may
have to put more effort into that when we are home.
