I thought this would be a great activity to do with any age
group. It might even be a great icebreaker at the beginning of the year and
then again at the end of the year. I wanted to come up with some examples so
here are mine
Hiking is a way of life.
Knitting is a way to relax.
Music is part of my life.
When stressed out, take deep breaths.
Don’t let life beat you down.
Looking for positives help you survive.
