Monthly Review of Goals from November 2018

My weight continues to be a challenge. We went on a 2 week cruise this month and my weight shot up. This gets very discouraging. I have worked very hard this month on writing a book so I have been productive with my writing but my exercise has gone to the wayside during this process.
1.     Lose 10 lbs. – I’m up 2 lbs. since January but I’ve lost 3 lbs. this month so I’m hoping this is going to be a good downward trend for me.
2.     Knit 12 squares on my national park blanket. – 13 (Completed!)
3.     Knit a sweater. – Finished with the Havannah sweater and I’m happy with how it turned out.
4.     Create 24 scrapbook pages. –Total: 42 (Completed!)
