I got another goal met for this year but I’m discouraged
about my weight loss. I’ve gained 4 lbs. from the beginning of the year and I’m
not sure I will reach my goal. I’ve met 3 of my 12 goals this year and I
believe a few others will be easy to meet. I’m already starting to think about my goals
for next year.
