Tomorrow is Veteran’s Day and it is a federal holiday. It is
a US holiday where we honor all of the veterans of foreign wars who risked
their lives on battlefields to keep Americans free.
My father served in WWII. My husband, brother-in-law and
cousins served in the Vietnam War. I know many family and friends who are
veterans.
I want to take this time to thank them for all that they
sacrificed and risked for me to live the life that I’m living today. No words
could express the appreciation that I feel in my heart.
All I can say is:
