tools1Here are some interesting sites that I’ve found this week, thanks to my PLN. As a teacher, I feel we have to keep up to date concerning research in our field and current issues in the education system. I hope some of these inspire you, inform you, and even have you asking questions. Thank you for coming by and visiting!

ThingLink – “is an interactive hotspot you define inside an image, from a thing (an object, a person, or a place) to a link (a shop, a blog post, or anywhere you like).”

Visual.ly – “The world's largest community for exploring, sharing, creating, and promoting data visualizations”

OTR.Net – “The OTR.Network Library is a free resource for Old Time Radio (OTR) fans. We have over 12,000 OTR shows available for instant listening. Scroll down to see the shows.”

NASA PlanetQuest Historic Timeline – “This interactive multimedia timeline traces the search for extrasolar planets, from ancient philosophical speculation to modern discoveries.”

The OrganWise Guys – “By bringing the body to life via lovable organ characters, kids of all ages learn what it really means to be smart from the inside out.”
