She posts
a picture and you need to imagine it as a graphic for a book. You choose the
genre and book title, and then write a blurb that might appear on the back of
the book.
The
blurb should be 150 words or less (not including the title).
The
genre is wide-open.
Each
blogger should include their blurb on their own blog, and link back to this
post.
Have
fun with it. Go to the other posts and comment on the other blurbs.
You can
do fancy techy things with the photo.
(Join
in if you dare...! It sounds like fun! I think this would be a lot of fun to do
with students especially since they would be expected to write 150 words or
less!)
All Mine
Bobby
wasn’t a jealous man but whenever he saw someone else get something, he wanted
it. Even if he didn’t want something, when someone else did, then he wanted it.
He didn’t know why he felt that way but he couldn’t help it. Even at dinner,
when someone gave him a choice of two desserts, he wanted both. If he had to
make a choice, he wanted it all. Maybe his attitude was rubbing off on his pets
because when he took Lassie to the dog park, he wouldn’t just fetch the ball
Bobby threw, but he wanted to get all the balls. The more he watched Lassie,
the more he saw the same behavior and decided that changes needed to be made.
Read more to see if Bobby changed Lassie’s behavior or his own. Maybe he
decided to work on both.

I hope Bobby never had to choose the lesser of two evils! That could have been a problem.
I hope Bobby changes. He won't ever be happy if he doesn't.
(And thanks for playing, Pat.)
