Monthly Review of Goals for August 2017

This month was a rough month. I had to have a heart cath which interfered with my exercise program. Once they decided I didn't have any blockage, I was allowed to exercise again. At the end of the month, the doctor decided I had Prinzmetal Angina and put me on low dose medicine. Now I should be able to start getting in shape again. We also went on an MSC cruise which made me gain some weight.  

1.     Lose 10 pounds.
a.     Weight change as of Aug 31 – I’ve 0 lbs.
2.     Finish the mitered square blanket. – Completed!
3.  12 Nonfiction books.
a.     I am Malala: The Story of the Girl Who Stood Up for Education and Was Shot by the Taliban by Malala Yousafzai and Christina Lamb.
