Back of the Book Blurb #95 Challenge

From Sioux's PageSioux offers this challenge.

She posts a picture and you need to imagine it as a graphic for a book. You choose the genre and book title, and then write a blurb that might appear on the back of the book.

The blurb should be 150 words or less (not including the title). The genre is wide-open.
Each blogger should include their blurb on their own blog, and link back to this post. Have fun with it. Go to the other posts and comment on the other blurbs.  You can do fancy techy things with the photo.

(Join in if you dare...! It sounds like fun! I think this would be a lot of fun to do with students especially since they would be expected to write 150 words or less!)

The Love Knot

Amanda was tired of her husband’s eyes straying to other women. She had enough and decided she would leave him. When Brad found this out, he begged her to stay and promised that he would do anything to keep her. He really loved her and didn’t want to lose her.

After going for counseling, the therapist finally came up with a solution that would possibly save their marriage.

Brad would wear a necktie that was actually a thick rope. It was attached to his private parts with an electric sensor. Whenever Brad’s eyes strayed to another woman, he would get a shock that would cause discomfort but not injure him. The longer he looked, the stronger the electric current.

This would give Amanda some peace of mind. Eventually Brad would learn to keep his eyes on his own woman and looking at other women would never enter his mind! (149 words)

Ooh! She could make a fortune if she marketed that tie as a marital aid!
